How to Login

Note: Existing user accounts migrated from the old ISAN System remain unchanged. Users will log in the new ISAN System with the same credentials.

First login:

Upon successful completion of the registrant account creation, the registrant user receives by email from the registration agency, the link to access the ISAN registry user interface and personal credentials to login.  

The link is only valid 7 days.

Once logged in, the Dashboard displays your latest allocated ISAN or Project ISAN.

For a new client, the dashboard is empty.

Preferred language can be set by clicking on the flag in the right top corner of the screen.

After having submitted the metadata for registration, the result of the registration application will appear in the Dashboard in the view My latest ISAN or My latest projects.
